Where did my closet items go?

Don't panic! It's probably just a different login!

  • I used to use phone to login and now there isn't an option

    Welcome back! We missed you. Yeah unfortunately we had to stop the phone login because we had so many issues with the SMS code.

    Not to worry - send us an email at support@pronti.app and tell us your phone number - we'll verify it is you and then add the email address you mailed us from.

  • Apple ID, Google sign in, and all those email accounts we have. How do I know?

    You can do one of two things:

    1. send us an email at support@pronti.app with all your different email accounts and we'll look to see which one has an account. You can then login with that email and code.

    2. If you just want to try all your emails you can. Note that gmail and google sign in will bring you to the same account!

  • None of those apply to me!

    We get it and we are here to help. It's going to make things a bit harder but we know you put in a lot of work into your old account and we want to find it for you.

    What to do: Email us at support@pronti.app with as many details as you can give us find your old account and prove it is you.

    Here are some suggestions for what you can send:

    • a screen capture of the My Account page of the Old App
    • your email or emails
    • your city and country
    • when do you think you first made the account
    • about how many closet items do you think you have
    • the name you put
    • the gender you put
    • your phone details (Android, iOS, make of your phone - sometimes we have details associated but not always)
