    Pronti is free for users!

    As a small start up we were struggling to make ends meet and the quality of the app was faltering. Through your feedback we decided to make a free and Premium tier in order to make Pronti better for everyone.

    The free tier allows you to use a lot of the features of Pronti. Here's some of the things you will experience on the Free Tier of Pronti: - advertisements and usage helps us pay for the AI and cloud costs - Outfit Diary - Maximum closet size of 30 items - Favourites - Basic AI Outfit Maker - Coming soon: you can earn stars through your use of the app which unlocks more features

  • Premium Pronti

    Your premium subscription is your ticket to making the most of your closet, style and time. You are also supporting a women-owned indie app and making a meaningful step in fashion sustainability.

    We've had so much great feedback on new features and ways to improve but in the past could never pay for the development of it. Now, your subscription is allowing us to continue to evolve Premium to bring you more benefits. By subscribing early you are locking in an early bird price discount. Thank you for supporting us!

  • Restoring your premium subscription

    Every now and then something might happen in the communication between Apple/Google and Pronti and you may notice your subscription benefits aren't showing. Thankfully Apple/Google hold the information and all you have to do is press Restore Purchase on the subscription screen.

  • Cancel your subscription

    You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Pronti does not manage this but it is really easy to do through the Apple App and Google Play Store. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to the App or Play Store and choose your profile icon
    2. Select Purchases and Subscriptions
    3. Tap on the Pronti Outfit Maker App
    4. Tap Cancel Subscription

  • Refunds

    Refunds need to be requested through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Pronti team can not participate in the appeals process. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to the App or Play Store and choose your profile icon
    2. Select Purchase History
    3. Tap on the Pronti Outfit Maker App
    4. Tap report a problem
